Ama Dablam is an iconic peak in Nepal’s Khumbu (Everest) region—rising sharply and beautifully above the landscape. It was the mountain I saw every day from the town of Kunde, where I spent a month in residency. JB and I met there after his trekking season, during our first year together—the first time we jokingly called ourselves “married.” This bar is inspired by that place and moment, scented with a warm, spicy blend that captures the essence of Nepal’s vibrant markets, highlighted by a rich note of cardamom.
